Exciting Changes in store for 2010 Golf Expos

Dear Exhibitors,

You want to reach more people in a shorter time frame at less expense. And have more fun doing it. We listened and that’s exactly what we will provide at the 2010 Oklahoma City and Tulsa Golf Expos.

Here are some of the exciting changes we have in store for the Expos, slated Feb. 5-6 in Oklahoma City and Feb. 12-13 in Tulsa.

  1. For starters, both shows will now be two-day events, Friday and Saturday. You no longer have to worry about missing the Super Bowl, or not being able to take your significant other out on Valentine’s Day. And you’ll save on manpower and travel expense.
  2. Friday hours at both shows will be extended to 8 p.m., with a huge corporate Happy Hour party beginning at 4 p.m. We’ll be introducing new sponsors for the party, which will include special contests, giveaways to the first 500, drink and food specials, music and much more.
  3. In recognition of the shorter show, all booth prices have been reduced. Look at the online pricing chart and you will see that pricing has been reduced by nearly 10 percent across the board.
  4. We’re bringing back our popular senior special early Friday and Family Day on Saturday, including involvement with the First Tee, Start New at Golf and other junior programs. All youth 17-and-under are admitted free with an adult throughout the Expo.

Our floorplans for Oklahoma City and Tulsa are online now. Reserve your booth space today and take advantage of our early bird discount rates available through Nov. 30.

Once again, the shows will be heavily promoted throughout the state in newspaper, radio, television, email, billboard and online advertising. Because of that, these shows offer tremendous opportunities for sponsorships, so please let us know if you are interested in reaching hundreds of thousands of folks over and again with your message at an incredibly economical rate.

And once again they will offer a great mix for golfers of apparel, merchandise, travel, games, contests and much more.

We greatly value your support. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make the expos a better value for you.

Sincerely,
South Central Golf Management
